How to Use

Wash and dry your hands before use. Clean and dry the nipple area gently, then open the pouch and remove the hydrogel pad. Peel off the protective film and place the gel side directly onto the nipple area. Adjust for comfort. After use, remove gently and place it back on the liner if reusing.
